Our policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all bookings.

This policy outlines the terms for all cancellations and refunds on the PodHive platform. It is designed to be fair to both our Guests and Host partners.

1. Purpose

  • This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms governing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for bookings made via the PodHive platform (www.podhive.in).

  • It ensures fair treatment for both Content Creators (“Guests”) and Studio Owners (“Hosts”), and forms an integral part of the PodHive Terms of Service.

2. Scope and Applicability

  • This Policy applies to all confirmed bookings made through PodHive’s online platform and payment gateway.

  • It also applies to all studio owners listed and operating under the PodHive Partner Agreement within India.

  • This Policy does not apply to off-platform transactions or bookings not made via PodHive.

3. Cancellations by Content Creators (Guests)

  • More than 48 hours before session: You receive a 100% refund. No cancellation fees apply.

  • Between 12 and 48 hours before session: You receive a 50% refund or can opt to reschedule once at no additional cost.

  • Less than 12 hours before session: The booking is non-refundable. You may request to reschedule at the Host's discretion, which may incur a fee.

  • No-show: Failure to attend without notice is treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations by Studio Owners (Hosts)

  • If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, the Guest will receive a 100% refund, regardless of the time of cancellation.

  • PodHive will assist the Guest in finding an alternate verified studio if available.

  • Repeated cancellations by a Host may result in reduced visibility, suspension, or removal of their listing.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Guests can reschedule once at no cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the session.

  • Requests within 48 hours are subject to the Host's discretion and availability, and may incur a fee.

  • Approved reschedules will be confirmed via email and reflected in the booking dashboard.

6. Refund Process

  • All refunds are processed by PodHive through our authorized payment gateway.

  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days from confirmation.

  • PodHive is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

7. No Liability for External Bookings

  • PodHive is not responsible for any booking, payment, or cancellation made outside the official PodHive platform.

  • Refunds and reschedules only apply to transactions completed through PodHive’s official payment gateway.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • For any disputes, raise a support request via PodHive’s Helpdesk. Our team will review the case, and our decision will be final and binding.

9. Jurisdiction

  • This Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
